Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute detailed valuation assignments, leveraging deep expertise.

Analyze and interpret intricate highest and best use scenarios.
Evaluate revenue and expense dynamics, meticulously crafting discounted cash flow models.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Licensed Certified General Appraiser in Illinois.
5+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
